it's right around the corner

I'm curious.. I'm seeing lights up and wreaths already on doors in my neighborhood. Are you decorating for Christmas already? If not when do you start? Do you use the same theme or look each holiday season? I like to switch mine up a bit year after year, using easy to switch affordable elements of course, but I haven't found that inspiration that's struck me as 'my holiday' yet. How about you?!
